Now that we had a chance to test the Alligator Jerky, let me tell you that is was 100% super yummy. Personally being a jerky fanatic myself regularly making my own jerky out of just about anything that involves meat, the alligator jerky from Climax Jerky was in a class of its own. The seasoning on the alligator jerky from Climax Jerky was simple but powerful. The main ingredient that stood out was the black pepper, it had a nice black pepper kick to it but it was not too overwhelming like some other "black peppered" jerkys are. The hickory smoked flavor brown sugar twang also came though that gave it a bit of smoky sweetness that blended well with the back pepper and other seasonings. So if you love back pepper and hickory and jerky and alligator, guess what, you have the best of those four worlds all in one package. Your not going to find an ingredient list with 15 fillers and tons of preservatives that is a mile long with the Climax Jerky Alligator Jerky. What you will literally find is Alligator jerky made with heart and sole from a family own company that produces high quality alligator jerky for you the jerky lover.
